The highly respected (and non-partisan) Cook Political Report is out with new ratings for open-seat congressional races.
Of Kansas’ 3rd District (Moore vs. Yoder), Cook has determined that the district now “leans Republican.”

“Democrats will try to contrast Moore’s life story as a health care provider and community activist against Yoder’s ambition and flip-flopping, but Republicans will work hard to tie Moore to her husband’s party line votes. Republicans say Yoder has already passed his toughest test by winning the primary, robbing Democrats of their best hope of capturing the district’s middle-of-the-road voters. Today, we give Yoder a slight edge.”
